"A light from the shadows shall spring..."

The script is adapted from elements of the appendices of The Lord of the Rings. The story follows the Heir of Isildur; the "greatest huntsman and traveller in Middle Earth" as he sets out to find the creature Gollum. The creature must be found to discover the truth about the Ring, and to protect the future Ringbearer.
Hosted by Paul Osborne a longtime friend of Director Chris Bouchard. The Hunt for Gollum was made available for free to download in 2009 reaching an audience exceeding 15Million so far!.

Inspired by the quality of this fan film Paul went on the make a very successful full feature based on the professor’s early inspirations in Welsh mythology based around the dark ages. Inspired by LOTR, the film was a great success and has lead to several successful film careers for both crew and actors.
